Every TZFIT machine ships with a 10-year frame warranty, a 1-year warranty on moving parts, cables and upholstery, and 10 years of spare parts supply. Warranty claims get a reply within 1 hour, and parts that fail inside the warranty period are sent free of charge.<\/p>\n

Warranty periods start from the date the goods are picked up from our factory. The warranty applies to all TZFIT strength and cardio equipment used indoors in a commercial or home gym; small accessories are excluded.<\/p>\n

What the Warranty Covers<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

We repair or replace any part that fails because of a defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Within the warranty period, replacement parts, including wear parts such as cables, grips and pads, are shipped to you at no cost. Replacement parts carry the remaining warranty of the original part.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The warranty covers parts only. On-site labor for fitting a replacement part is arranged by the buyer; we supply the drawings and video instructions needed to do it.<\/p>\n
