The GS-5022-1 Glute Machine is designed for targeted glute training and lower-body strength development. Its pin-loaded system allows users to adjust resistance according to their training needs, making it suitable for commercial gyms, fitness clubs and strength training facilities.
The machine features an 80 kg weight stack with Φ25 × 2.0 mm stainless steel guide rods to help reduce stack movement and support smooth operation. The Φ5.8 mm 7 × 19 steel wire rope features internal lubrication and nylon coating for consistent resistance transmission during repeated use.
The frame is constructed from Q235 steel tubing, including 50 × 100 × 2.5 mm main tubes and 50 × 75 × 2.5 mm and 50 × 50 × 2.5 mm secondary tubes. A three-coat, two-bake electrostatic powder coating process provides a durable surface finish. The one-shot molded PU foam cushion offers support, while the handles, shaft joints and weight stack pins are made from oxidized aluminum alloy.
Color-coded weight stack labels transition from green to yellow and red, helping users identify resistance levels at a glance. The integrated muscle-group diagram and rotating red-axis indicators provide visual training guidance. The modular design supports convenient assembly and disassembly, while compact packaging helps improve shipping efficiency.
