GC-5008 trains the lats, upper back, shoulders and arms through a guided vertical pull. The pin-select weight stack lets members change load in seconds, which is why this is the first lat pulldown most commercial gyms install.
The weight stack rides on Φ25 × 2.0 mm stainless steel guide rods rather than the Φ20 mm rods on lighter machines, and the cable is Φ5.8 mm 7×19 steel wire rope with internal lubrication and nylon coating. Frames are 50 × 100 × 2.5 mm Q235 steel with three-coat, two-bake electrostatic powder coating; handles and selector pin are oxidized aluminum alloy.
Seat and thigh pads are one-shot molded PU foam. The stack is color-labeled green to red and the frame carries a muscle-group diagram, so new members can set up without instruction.
Included: lat pulldown bar. Frame and upholstery colors can be matched to your gym; ships modular in a plywood case.
