• The GM-5021 Low Row trains the lats, middle back, and biceps through a controlled seated rowing motion. Its 100 kg pin-select weight stack allows quick resistance changes between sets, making this commercial low row machine a practical choice for fitness clubs, professional training facilities, and dedicated back training areas.
• The heavy-duty weight stack uses 265 × 100 × 24 mm plates designed for quieter contact during use. It travels on Φ25 × 2.0 mm stainless steel guide tubes, which help reduce lateral movement compared with conventional Φ20 × 2.0 mm tubes. A Taiwan-sourced Φ5.8 mm 7×19 steel wire rope with internal lubrication and nylon coating supports smooth resistance delivery throughout each repetition.
• The Q235 steel frame combines 50 × 100 × 2.5 mm main tubing with 50 × 75 × 2.5 mm and 50 × 50 × 2.5 mm secondary tubing. A three-coat, two-bake electrostatic powder finish helps protect the frame against wear and corrosion. Handles, shaft joints, and the weight selector pin are made from oxidized aluminum alloy, while one-shot molded PU foam cushioning provides support during seated rowing exercises.
• Green-to-yellow-to-red weight labels make resistance levels easy to identify. An illustrated muscle-group diagram and red-axis positioning indicators provide visual guidance for setup and movement.
