GM-5055-1 is a pin-loaded leg curl and leg extension machine designed to train the quadriceps and hamstrings in a seated position. It allows users to switch between knee extension and knee flexion exercises, making it suitable for commercial gyms, fitness clubs and strength training facilities. The 80 kg weight stack supports adjustable resistance for different training levels.
The machine features a reinforced Q235 steel frame built from 50 × 100 × 2.5 mm and 50 × 75 × 2.5 mm rectangular tubes. The Φ25 × 2.0 mm stainless steel guide rods help reduce weight stack movement and maintain smooth operation. A Φ5.8 mm 7 × 19 steel wire rope with internal lubrication and nylon coating supports consistent resistance transmission during repeated use.
The handles, shaft joints and weight stack selector pin are made from oxidized aluminum alloy. The frame is finished with a three-coat electrostatic powder coating process for surface protection, while the one-shot molded PU foam cushion provides support during training. Color-coded weight stack labels and muscle-group diagrams help users identify resistance levels and follow the correct movement position.
Frame and upholstery colors can be customized to suit your facility. The modular design supports convenient assembly and disassembly, and the machine is packed in a plywood case for transport and shipping.
