Factory & Manufacturing

Can I visit your factory?

Yes. Our factory is in the Development Zone, Shiji Town, Ningjin County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Contact us a few days in advance so we can arrange pickup from Jinan airport or Dezhou East high-speed rail station and a production tour.

What certificates do you have?

CE, ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016, valid to March 2027) and ISO 14001. They cover all strength and cardio equipment; small accessories are excluded. Scanned copies are available on request.

What product standards do your machines meet?

All machines are CE marked and tested to EN ISO 20957, the international standard for stationary training equipment.

How many machines do you produce a year?

Around 120,000 units a year across strength and cardio lines, with 298 staff on a 47,474 ㎡ site. Since 2008 we have supplied equipment for more than 31,550 gym projects in 136 countries.

Customization & Products

Are the machines commercial grade?

Yes. Every strength and cardio model is built for commercial gyms with a 150 kg max user weight; the same machines are sold to home-gym buyers.

What can be customized?

Frame colour, upholstery colour and your logo on any standard model. New products can be developed from your design with new tooling. We do not modify the structure of existing models. See our OEM & ODM process.

What is the minimum order quantity?

1 unit for standard models. Custom colour or logo orders start at 10 units. A mixed container starts at 40 units or USD 20,000.

Can I mix different models in one container?

Yes. You can combine any models, colours and series in one shipment from 40 units or USD 20,000 upward.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. A sample is charged at the unit price of the model (or the custom price for a customized version) and ships in 35 days. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.

Do you provide gym layout design?

Yes, free of charge. Send us the floor dimensions and we return a 2D layout and 3D rendering with the equipment list.

Orders & Payment

What are your payment terms?

T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight and credit card are also accepted.

What trade terms do you quote?

EXW Dezhou, FOB and CIF. Other Incoterms are available on request. The prices shown on our product pages are FOB unit prices.

How do I place an order?

Send the model numbers and quantities through our contact form or to your sales contact. We confirm the price and lead time, issue a proforma invoice, and production starts when the deposit arrives.

Will the price change?

Steel and freight costs move, so a quotation is valid for 30 days. Orders confirmed with a deposit are locked at the quoted price.

Can I return equipment?

Machines are built to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. Defects in material or workmanship are handled under warranty: we ship the replacement part or, where needed, a replacement machine.

Delivery & After-Sales

How long is the lead time?

7 days for models in stock. 35 days for custom colours and for full-container orders.

How are the machines packed and shipped?

Each machine is packed in a plywood case or carton. A 20' container holds about 30–40 strength machines and a 40'HQ about 50–70. We arrange sea freight from Qingdao port for FOB and CIF orders and send loading photos before the container leaves.

How long does sea freight take?

Roughly 25–45 days from port to port depending on your destination, plus customs clearance and inland delivery. We give an exact estimate with the quotation.

Do the machines come pre-assembled?

Most of each machine arrives pre-assembled; the main frame sections bolt together on site. Every order includes assembly drawings and installation videos, and our technicians answer assembly questions by WhatsApp.

Is installation included?

No. FOB and CIF prices cover the goods to the port. Unloading, moving the machines into the building and assembly are done by your team or a local installer. Most strength machines are assembled by two people in 1–2 hours using the drawings and video supplied.

Do you include spare parts with the order?

Yes. A set of common wear parts (cables, grips, pins) ships with every container order at no charge.

How do I follow up on my order?

You receive production photos during manufacturing, packaging photos before loading, and the bill of lading, packing list and container number once the goods ship. For CIF orders we send the arrival notice and the destination agent's contact so you can book unloading in advance.

Where do I find the installation manual and spec sheet for a machine?

Spec sheets are on each product page. Assembly drawings and installation videos are sent with your order and available on request for any model.

Where is the serial number on my machine?

A label with the model number and serial number is fixed to the base of the main frame. Quote both when you contact us about parts or warranty.

What warranty do you offer?

10 years on frames and welds, 1 year on moving parts, cables and upholstery. Parts that fail inside the warranty period are sent free of charge, and we keep spare parts for every model for 10 years. See the full warranty terms.

How fast do you respond to after-sales requests?

Within 1 hour during working hours. Send the model number, a description and a photo or video, and we confirm the part needed and arrange shipment.

Can I become your distributor?

Yes. We work with distributors on exclusive territories, marketing material and project support. See our distributor program or contact our sales team.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes. Pricing steps down with volume from a full container upward. Send the quantities you have in mind and we quote accordingly.

Can I speak to your existing customers in my country?

Yes. Tell us your country and we introduce a distributor or gym owner there who can share their experience.

How do I get marketing materials?

After your first order we provide product photos, videos, brochures and spec sheets for your own website and catalogue.
