Many of our customers were so surprised after visiting the factory. They never imagined that they can find such excellent fitness equipment in China, which is professional and of high quality, and no way inferior to top international brands such as Life Fitness and Technogym.

Our benefits can not be fully delivered through website, email or phone, so we hope that you can visit our factory and experience our professional gym equipment in person!

If you don’t have a chance to fly to China and visit our factories, you can also hire an agent to do the factory inspection.

Please contact our professional specialist to place your first sample order! We will try our best to satisfy your needs.

No MOQ requests for trial order. But for future order, we ask for MOQ: 1*20 feet.

About 80% are pre-assembled. For the remain 20%, You need to assemble the main frame on your own.

And don’t worry about the assemble process. Our commercial gym equipment is reasonably designed which makes it easy to assemble.

What’s more, our products have been sold to more than 40 countries and regions, and so far, no customers have complained difficulties in assembly process.

07 Can I customize the gym equipment with my brand name or preferred color?

Yes, you can customize the products with your brand name.

About the color, we have many options, and you can choose from our color board.

Normally speaking, it takes 30-45 days by sea. Oversea delivery takes different time due to your location. Contact to get a more specific delivery time.

We support below 2 payment options:

  1. 30% TT deposit in advance, 70% TT balance before shipping.
  2. Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Don’t worry, we will send you product pictures and package pictures to keep you updated, no matter it’s before-production, during-production, or shipping delivery.

We are so sorry that material keeps rising and the inflation problem causes the instability of the costs.

So we are not sure what is the future price, but normally our offer has a six-month validity period.

Yes, during warranty, we will send you spare parts for free by express. If out of warranty, we will send you spare parts at cost price.

Can you provide samples?

Yes. We can make samples according to your needs, and the sample fee and logistics fee will be negotiated separately. The sample fee can be partially or fully deducted after the confirmation of the bulk order.

Our products go through multiple rounds of quality tests to ensure that performance and durability meet the requirements. You can also test our quality through samples.

Due to additional design, production and material costs, the price of customized products may be higher than non-customized products. Customized products provide a higher level of personalization, which helps to enhance your brand’s competitiveness in the market.
